2. Purpose of the Processing
Your personal data is processed:
A) Without your express consent (Art. 24 a), b), c) of the Privacy Code and Art. 6 b), e) of the GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:
- concluding contracts for the Controller's services;
- fulfilling pre-contractual, contractual, and tax obligations arising from existing relationships;
- fulfilling obligations under laws, regulations, EU legislation, or authorities (e.g., anti-money laundering);
- exercising the Controller's rights (e.g., right to defense in court);
B) Only with your specific and distinct consent (Arts. 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and Art. 7 GDPR), for the following Marketing Purposes:
- sending you newsletters, commercial and/or promotional communications by email, mail, SMS, or phone calls regarding events or services offered by the Controller and satisfaction surveys;
- sending promotional communications from third parties by email, mail, SMS, or phone calls.

3. Methods of Processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out using the operations listed in Art. 4 of the Privacy Code and Art. 4 no. 2) GDPR: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure, and destruction of data. Your data may be processed both on paper and electronically, always in compliance with the law; data processing will be carried out lawfully and fairly to ensure security and confidentiality. The Controller will retain your data no longer than 10 years from the end of the relationship for the purposes above.

4. Access to Data
Your data may be made accessible for the purposes in Art. 2.A) and 2.B):
- to employees and collaborators of the Controller or of DA Interni S.a.s. di Alberto Diodato in their capacity as appointees and/or internal processors and/or system administrators;
- to third-party companies or other entities (e.g., banks, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies) performing outsourced activities on behalf of the Controller as external data processors.

5. Data Disclosure
Without the need for express consent (ex Art. 24 a), b), d) of the Privacy Code and Art. 6 b), c) GDPR), the Controller may disclose your data for the purposes set out in Art. 2.A) to internal staff, external professionals (e.g., accountants, lawyers), and, where required, to authorities or supervisory bodies. These entities will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.
Your data will not be publicly disclosed.

6. Nature of Data Provision and Consequences of Refusal
Providing data for the purposes of Art. 2.A) is mandatory. Without it, we cannot guarantee the services of Art. 2.A). Providing data for Art. 2.B) purposes is optional. You can choose not to provide data or to deny consent later: in this case, you will not receive newsletters or promotional materials related to the Controller’s services. You will still be entitled to the services mentioned in Art. 2.A).

Where applicable, you also have the rights under Articles 16–21 GDPR (right to rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection), and the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
